The Pines Lodge

Great location close to the ski slopes. Staff very attentive and helpful. Very nicely decorated hotel with clean rooms and an on site ski rental.

My husband and I have stayed at The Pines many times throughout the year for the past 10+ years. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Vanessa, Patricia & Emely at the front desk for their excellent customer service skills! Vanessa, in particular, has taken such good care of us over the years! Julian, Austin & Daniel are hands down the best valets in the biz! Also, please never change your cookie recipe! Thanks so much to each and every one of you who make us feel so welcome!

Beautiful resort on Beaver Creek, close to restaurants, shops and skiing. They offer valet. Very clean. Great people. Coffee and tea every morning on every floor. Delicious hot tub with towels, next to the pool.

Love The Pines… small, intimate hotel with great outdoor spa, pool, workout room, 5-star restaurant, and walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. We try to go every year in summer and we are never disappointed.

Great rooms, great view, phenomenal service. A delightful place to stay

I know the Pines Lodge is considered an affordable option for Beaver Creek, but for our family coming from TN on a once in a lifetime trip, their staff made it feel like the lap of luxury. From the bell stand and front desk staff to the bartender at Grouse Mountain Grill, everyone was friendly, helpful, and informed. No need went unmet. Imagine my surprise Saturday morning racing to get a little to ski school, my demo board, and realizing the wife and kiddo could get their rental gear right in the hotel. By the time I was back from ski school, we were strapping in and skating (almost ski-in ski-out) to Strawberry Park for a warmup lap. When we returned with leftovers after an early dinner we discovered the fridge wasn't working. Not joking, they had us a new one in 5 minutes and it was already cold and ready to go. Johnny and Kyle from maintenance were awesome. We joked about how our fridge at home died last month and had us cracking up. Great guys! Free shuttles anywhere in the village, a water station to keep everyone hydrated, beautiful views, and comfortable beds. The wife wants to leave the kids and come back for a summer adult retreat, and because the Pines Lodge provides luxury service without the luxury prices, we may just do that. 10 out of 10 for a well run establishment. We will be back!

Fantastic room with a fabulous view of Beaver Creek Mountain. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We love everything here- free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion… nice and smells great), coffee and tea on every floor, complimentary cookies, tea, and apple cider every day at 3:30pm, valet was pleasant, housekeeping was prompt, concierge was professional. My only qualm is the hot tub situation- we’ve stayed here for 4 years now and they used to have a reservation system. It was a great system, but now some people hang out in the hot tub for a really long time and don’t make room for anyone who wants to sit. Not everyone is considerate and we would appreciate a reservation system again. Overall, the location, amenities, cleanliness, and professionalism with staff are just what we look for when traveling. If you’re looking for a great experience and value for your money, this is the place to stay.

The Pines is a great overall ski in/out stay in Beaver Creek. Ask the amenities you would want: fitness center, steam room, hot tub and you can order massages in the room. With the limited snow this year, we really used the facilities. Even now there is a small path back to the hotel to facilitate skiing back to the hotel. The restaurant on site is a 4 diamond restaurant in extreme busy, all the nights we were here. The lobster looked amazing. Even though it's a little pricey , well worth the value.
